If you’re looking for a great spot for Japanese and/or Korean food, this place is definitely worth a visit! Their miso ramen is rich, flavorful, and incredibly comforting. The salads and poke bowls are always fresh, generously portioned, and delicious. They also offer a wide variety of sushi, including combination platters that let you try several different rolls in one order—perfect if you can’t decide. Everything we’ve tried has been fresh and beautifully prepared. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, and the friendly, welcoming staff make every visit even more enjoyable. Great food, excellent service, and fantastic value.

This roll was absolutely delicious and very satisfying. The tempura coating was perfectly crispy and light, not greasy at all, which gave a great crunch with every bite. Inside, the roll was generously filled, well-balanced, and fresh. The sauces on top were a perfect match — creamy and slightly sweet, adding a lot of flavor without overpowering the roll itself. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared, and the presentation was also very appealing. Definitely a roll I would order again and highly recommend to anyone who enjoys crispy sushi rolls.

Service was fast and everyone was kind. Teriyaki bowl with rice was delicious and came out in less than 10 minutes. Prices very fair. Super happy to have found this place and will be back if we’re ever in town again.

I came here because my hotel restaurant inexplicably closed at 8pm. I thought great, there’s sushi just down the road! Sadly I should have thrown it down the road. I’ve eaten in some excellent sushi places in London, Tokyo, Osaka, Sydney, Düsseldorf. New York, San Francisco and some distinctly average places all around the world. But this place is not even close to being average. The service is friendly but sadly the food is absolutely terrible. I don’t think anyone here has ever had proper sushi. They clearly weren’t Japanese. To give them some credit, the Yosemite roll wasn’t bad but the nigiri was just terrible. Huge balls of rice and still icy cold fish slices too thick and tasting of refrigeration. And the plate was covered in some sticky sugary sauce which has no business being anywhere near fresh fish. At least the presentation wasn’t bad. For this horror show (including a beer) they charged $92.40 including tax and then seemed offended when I didn’t want to give a tip. Sorry but this food would be half as much even in the most expensive London sushi restaurant and be of edible quality.

Food is not prep well, the rice and the ingredients were all loose and not in shape for roll, fish is not fresh and very chewy and taste very old. The sauce and foods were very salty Worst part is the service. It was fine in the beginning but then when it started to get busy the waitress started to get pushy to get us out. Also the owners automatically add on 20% tips. One pro is the price is fair for the food and service, but I will not recommend if you have other choices in mind.

Yes, this is a small unassuming restaurant. And it is perfect for what it tries to be. Our party of 9 arrived tired and hungry around 6:30pm after a day of hiking, at the end of a week of camping. The food came out super fast and pleased everyone and we had no left overs. The sushi was prepared fresh and delivered as it was completed. Everyone was pleasant. If you like sushi and korean food, these folks would gladly feed you and feed you well.

Charming place! Everyone enjoyed their food. The poke bowl was delicious! I only wish there was more fish but the toppings were great. We also tried the fried California roll which was also good. Would definitely stop here again, the service was awesome the staff were so kind and attentive.
